Truthfulness and Accuracy of the Information You Provide; Complying with Laws; Verifications and Authorizations
The sale or purchase of registrations to entertainment events may be regulated by certain state, county and city laws or regulations. You acknowledge that complying with laws is your responsibility, AND YOU AGREE NOT TO HOLD US LIABLE FOR YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY LAW OR OUR FAILURE TO NOTIFY YOU OF, OR PROPERLY APPLY, ANY LAW. WE WILL COMPLY WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND MAY PROVIDE THEM WITH ALL INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT TO US TO ASSIST IN ANY INVESTIGATION OR PROSECUTION THEY MAY CONDUCT. You may be asked to provide information during various processes that you engage in on the Site. You represent and warrant that all information you provide, including but not limited to all information concerning your name, address, credit card number, and other identifying information of any nature will be true, complete and correct, and that you will update all information as it changes. You agree that you will only use credit cards belonging to you, friends or immediate family members who expressly authorize such use, for the purpose of purchasing registrations. You further agree that you will not attempt to conceal your identity by using multiple Internet Protocol ("IP") addresses or email addresses to use or to purchase registrations on the Site.

From time to time, we may provide you with opportunities to contribute to the Site, which may include, but not be limited to, uploading your user profile, participating in chats, using bulletin boards, and providing ratings and reviews. Anything that is contributed to the Site by you or other Site users will be referred to in these Terms as "User Content." You agree that you will use no robot, spider, program or other automatic or manual device, process or means to circumvent, avoid or defeat any security measures or systems used on the Site, including but not limited to the "CAPTCHA" system used as part of the Site's registration purchasing process. The CAPTCHA system requires the retyping of characters on your computer screen. You agree that the retyping will only be done manually by you on the keyboard for the computer that you are using to access the Site. Nor shall you use any manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not access, reload or "refresh" transactional event or registrationing pages, or make any other request to transactional servers, more than once during any three second interval. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own personal, non-commercial use) from the Site without the prior, express written permission of Atlantic Sponsorship Forum.

Unauthorized Use of the Site
Any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site shall constitute a violation of these Terms of Use. You do not have permission to access the Site in any way that violates, directly or indirectly, these Terms of Use. It shall also be a violation of these Terms of Use: (a) for any individual (or group of individuals acting in concert) to request more than 1000 pages of the Site in any twenty-four hour period (hereafter referred to as "Abusive Use"); (b) for any individual (or group of individuals acting in concert) to reload or "refresh" transactional event or registrationing pages, or make any other request to transactional servers, more than once during any three second interval; or (c) to use any passcode or password, regardless of whether or not such password or passcode is unique, to participate in a pre-sale or other offer on the Site if you are not the original recipient of such passcode or password (i.e., if you did not receive the passcode or password from Atlantic Sponsorship Forum, or from the fan club or other organization with whom Atlantic Sponsorship Forum is working to enable such pre-sale or offer) or if your participation in such pre-sale or other offer is inconsistent with such pre-sale's or offer's terms.

Suspected Violation of these Terms of Use or Law; Injunctive, Equitable Relief, and Liquidated Damages
Violations of these Terms of Use, including Unauthorized Use of the Site, may be investigated and appropriate legal action may be taken, including without limitation civil, criminal and injunctive redress. You understand and agree that in Atlantic Sponsorship Forum 's sole discretion, and without prior notice, Atlantic Sponsorship Forum may terminate and block your access to the Site or to Atlantic Sponsorship Forum 's other services, cancel your registration order and/or registrations acquired through your registration order, refuse to honour pending and future registration purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts Atlantic Sponsorship Forum believes may be associated with you, cancel a registration or registration order associated with any person acting or believed to be acting in concert with you, cancel your registration postings, remove any unauthorized User Content or exercise any other remedy available, if Atlantic Sponsorship Forum believes that your conduct or the conduct of any person with whom Atlantic Sponsorship Forum believes you act in concert, or the User Content you provide, or any resale of such registrations purchased through Atlantic Sponsorship Forum, violates or is inconsistent with these Terms or the law, or violates the rights of Atlantic Sponsorship Forum, a client of Atlantic Sponsorship Forum or another user of the Site. Violating any limitations or terms on the Site, including but not limited to utilizing automated means to process or place registration orders or ordering a number of registrations that exceeds the stated limit will be deemed to be a violation of these Terms. If we are unable to verify or authenticate any information or registrations you provide during any registration, ordering, purchase, registration posting, sale, authentication, delivery, payment or remittance process, or any other process, or if we are no longer able to verify or authorize your credit card or bank account information, your registrations may be cancelled, we may refuse to honour all pending and future registration purchases made on such credit card accounts and/or on any online accounts associated with such credit card accounts, and you may be prohibited from using the Site.

You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Atlantic Sponsorship Forum for violations of these Terms and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations.

You agree that Abusive Use of the Site, as defined above, causes damage and harm to Atlantic Sponsorship Forum in the form of, among other things, impaired goodwill, lost sales, and increased expenses associated with responding to Abusive Use of the Site.
Refund Policy
The standard policy for many venues, artists, teams, etc. is No Refunds or Exchanges. Atlantic Sponsorship Forum is not required to provide any refund. All purchases are to be considered final.
Cancelled and Rescheduled Events
Cancelled Events - You'll get an automatic refund for registrations bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method.
Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Get a refund upon request.
Shipping
Regular non-rush registration purchases are guaranteed to reach you within 15 days of the event. Orders placed within 15 days before the event will ship regular business mail and arrive in 5-10 business days. Special requests for express shipping or courier can be made by contacting us. Customer must agree to pay additional shipping costs.
Privacy
We believe that your privacy and the privacy of all our users is important. These Terms are subject to the Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Atlantic Sponsorship Forum will not be responsible or otherwise liable for any use or disclosure of your contact information, or financial information, by a third party to whom Atlantic Sponsorship Forum is allowed to disclose your contact information under the Privacy Policy. If you post any User Content to the Site, by electronic mail or otherwise, we will treat it as non-confidential and non-proprietary to you. When we say in these Terms "post" we mean the provision of information to the Site through features of the Site that are used to make information available to other members of the public (e.g., user reviews, bulletin boards, chat rooms, etc.). Information that is posted to the Site shall not be subject to the Privacy Policy and may be publicly displayed and disclosed and otherwise used by Atlantic Sponsorship Forum or any third party in any way. Atlantic Sponsorship Forum is not liable for any lost data resulting from the operation of the Site or the enforcement of the Terms. We urge all users to maintain their own back up versions of any User Content or other information they submit to the Site.

Copyright Policy
We will terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. In particular, users who submit User Content to this Site, whether articles, images, stories, software or other copyrightable material must ensure that the User Content they upload does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties (including, but not limited, to trademark, trade secret, privacy or publicity rights). Indemnity
